ElecRosa is an electrical outlet safety cover serving as a child safety as well as an ornamental device. ElecRosa comprises a cover plate and a base plate. The base plate replaces conventional outlet face place. The cover plate slidably engages the base plate and manintains its positions -- closed, exposing one outlet and exposing two outlet, by two springs. An small child simply does not have the strength to overcome the spring power and slide open the cover plate, while an older person can easily do that.
